Phillip Martin's Children's Books
It's a long-overdue, natural fit - my art with my writing. My first two books are both in the works at this moment and soon will be ready. One is "Pick Me!" cried Arilla, a delightful tale about a star awaiting her assignment. The other book is a collection of fifty Liberian Folk Tales, gathered back in my Peace Corps days, called Once Upon West Africa.
Not one to sit around and bask in the glory of my two books, I'm also working on Triple Gratitude with Assorted Monsters, a story about taking the time to be grateful, as well as Anansi and the Market Pig, a folk tale from Jamaica
