Terry Green, Founder & CEO of Think Make Live Youth (2025 Agency of the Year Award Recipient from the National Association of Social Workers - Ohio Chapter).
Terry has been leading Think Make Live Youth for 10 years, starting with hosting Youth Summit events and now making a positive impact to support young people inside schools, correctional facilities and community centers all over the country.

He is the Lead Consultant of Breaking Statistics LLC, a social justice consulting firm and the Founder of the Social Justice Awards, a celebration event dedicated to honoring outstanding professional and community leadership.

Most recently, Terry received a Global 40 Under 40 recognition and award from Most Influential People of African Descent (MIPAD) in New York City. He is a Columbus Business First 40 Under 40 Award Recipient with over 15 years of public speaking and 10 years of nonprofit executive leadership. He has delivered more than 200+ presentations in 15 cities throughout the United States and has provided programs and events for over 20,000+ young people.

He is a founding member of the National Youth-led Community Solutions Implementation Council, where he serves with six other executive leaders of local non-profits from around the country.
He serves on the Supreme Court of Ohio Subcommittee on Responding to Child Abuse, Neglect and Dependency. He is also an alumni of the African American Leadership Academy. He served on the Transition Team for the New Franklin County Prosecutor Shayla Favor where he supported her priority areas of interest in juvenile justice.
Terry is a graduate of Franklin County YouthBuild and received the national YouthBuild USA Outstanding Commitment to Leadership and Social Justice Award. He is an alumni of the United Way of Central Ohio Neighborhood Leadership Academy. As a young community activist, Terry served as a Community Organizer for America Forward Today’s Student Campaign.
Terry is a marketing guru with over 30,000 followers on LinkedIn. He is a powerful leader who has pushed through many challenges in his life and now he is dedicated every day to provide more innovative strategies and opportunities for youth, returning citizens and executive leaders to thrive in today's society.
