Bentley's Revenge

by Joseph and Jamell Ponder

It’s Halloween night in California, Colombia. While most people are enjoying the festivities, Don Ortiz Ramone murders an entire family in cold blood. Bentley Junior was spared of the carnage, but was a few miles away when the crime occurred. In fear of his life from drug cartels, he was sent to live in the United States. Having found out the true reasons for his family’s demise, he vowed to the souls of his murdered family to find the notorious hit man and make him pay for the atrocities committed against his beloved family. Bentley’s Revenge is a high-octane thrill ride through the underworld of drug cartels with an ending that is sure to leave readers breathless.

Jamell Ponder is a native of Rochester, New York. He is the youngest of nine siblings. Writing, for many years, has been a passion for Jamell. It was sometimes used for leisure, and other times to cope with life’s difficulties. For many years, Jamell has wanted to write a book; then one day more than two years ago, he put pen to pad, fingers to keyboard, and created his autobiographical novel. From the humble beginnings of writing poetry, he now composes novels and has not looked back. To date, he has written a plethora of books and continues to write. Jamell enjoys spending his leisure time volunteering, spending time with loved ones, writing and playing drums and basketball. Jamell collaborated with Joseph to have a unique combination of writing styles and talents. They are a dynamic duo undoubtedly passionate about the creation and production of their literary works, and they never fail to understand that diligence is the birthing ground for success. Their unique experiences provide different perspectives that produce pieces of literature you are certain to love.
